  	Keith was born in geelong to Henry and Hanna Hallam on the 12th of December,1917. He married Olive Joan Ferris on the 6th of May, 1944 at St John's Presbyterian Church in Warrnambool. Keith and joan ran a tyre business in Stawell for a number of years. keith was a Justice of the Peace,Deputy Coroner and was awarded the MBE for his services to Stawell. He was also a member of the Stawell Council for nearly 37 years and held the position of Mayor three times. keith was still in Council at the time of his death at Stawell on the 1st of June 1985. Keith is buried in Stawell. Olive Joan Ferris- Joan was born a twin of Myrtle and a daughter of William and Millicent Maude Ferris. She was born on the 12th of December ,1921 at Warrnambool. Prior to her marriage, Joan worked as a shop assistant at Swintons in Warrnambool. Joan died in Stawell on the 31st of July, 1933 and is buried in Stawell.
